Eating Tip 0001

Several people have contacted me over the past few days asking which diet plan we are following during Ilona's Intense Bootcamp. To tell you the truth, we aren't following a diet plan at all. The only thing we are doing different than we normally would is avoiding carbs, eating lots of protein, getting lots of nutrition, and drinking ALOT of water.

So, unfortunately there is no diet plan for you to follow day by day for the next few months. But fortunately, you get to choose what you eat! And I will do the best I can in advising you to make healthier eating choices.

Today, I will begin by telling you about some super foods that help speed up your metabolism and help you lose weight! This website lists 10 super foods that help slim you down!

  6.  Eggs
