Week 2 Day 4 (Arms)


Sunrises are seriously my favorite!!! Mom and I got up at 6:30 again for our morning run. It was nice and chilly! We enjoyed it! 



After cardio we started Arm Day!!! We don't like arm day.. But, we do it! :)

We started with Tricep Dips.
We did 3 sets of 20 dips!

Then we did Burpees..
We did 3 sets of 5 Burpees.

Next we did Push Ups!
-you can either do regular push ups or girl push ups.
We did 3 sets of 5 push ups.

Then we did arm circles. 
Put your arms straight out and make small circles.
We did 3 sets forward 30 secs
And 3 sets backward 30 secs

Next we did Elbow Raises.
Get on all fours, tighten the muscles in your arms, and lift your elbow to the ceiling.
3 sets of right arm 10 times.
3 sets of left arm 10 times.

And last, we did chest presses!
Tighten all the muscles in your arms, bring them in, and back out! 
We did 3 sets of 10.

Annnnd that's it!!

Remember, feel free to do more or less reps in each set. We are just starting out at a beginners pace and will start doing more and more as we go!
