After lots of consideration I have decided on a workout schedule for next week!
Monday- Leg Day
Tuesday- Rest/Cardio
Wednesday- Ab Day
Thursday- Arm Day
Friday- Oblique Day
Saturday- Rest/Cardio
Sunday-Cardio
If that schedule doesn't work for you, feel free to mix it up! That's just what works best for us.
I am super excited to keep going on this journey to a healthier lifestyle! My ladies are doing so great with this program and I hope you are too! Keep going, keep working hard! I believe in you :)
