Week 2 Day 1 (Legs)

Ilona's Intense Bootcamp is back in business this morning! Mom and I got up and started at 8 which is quite a bit later than we normally do, but.. Sleep is good! Sacha and I will be doing our workout as soon as I get back from the dentist this morning. And Alyssa is out of town. So, she will be doing her's independently today!
Our run was nice and breezy today so it wasn't too bad! And we added to our distance! I'm so proud of mom for pushing her limits! :)

After cardio we started with Lunges!
We did 3 sets of 10 again today.

Then we did Donkey Kicks.
Get on all fours, and kick one leg up as far as you can and bring it back down to starting postion.
10 right leg
10 left leg
Rest for 10 secs
10 right leg
10 left leg

Next we did Calf Raises.

Stand with feet shoulder width apart. Go up on tip toes and come back down.
30 sec calf raises
10 sec rest
30 sec calf raises
10 sec rest
30 sec calf raises

Then do Squats!
10 squats
Rest 10 sec
10 squats
Rest 10 sec
10 squats

Next we did Mountain Climbers!
Climb 30 secs
Rest 10 secs
Climb 30 secs
Rest 10 sec
Climb 30 secs

Then we did Wall Sits!
Sit for 30 secs
Rest for 10 secs
Sit for 30 secs
Rest for 10 secs
Sit for 30 secs

And last we did Jumping Squats!



10 squats
Rest for 15 secs
10 squats
Rest for 15 secs

We also did our weekly measurements. So its progress report time!!!
Mom and I didn't lose inches (we might have actually gained a few from our skip day yesterday.. shame on us!!)
Sacha lost about half an inch everywhere!!! Two thumbs up for her.

Remember ladies, slow progress is better than no progress. But, you have to put in the effort to see some results. Keep working hard! You can do it!
