Week 8 Day 4 (Abs Abs Abs)


I just wanted to start by saying Happy 4th of July to my fellow Americans! :)
That sounds funny. But, this is my first Independence Day as an American Citizen, which makes this holiday that much cooler!!


Anywho, Holiday or Not.. We woke up this morning and started our bootcamp. We started with our morning run and then got right to the "Fitness Countdown".

Sacha's Husband, Matthew, joined us this morning!

Here are the 5 Exercises we chose:

Jumping Jacks


Flutter Kicks


Backward Crunches


Bicycle Crunches


Extended Leg "Toe Tap" Crunches



And here's an overview of how we did it:

10 Jumping Jacks
10 Flutter Kicks (per leg)
10 Backward Crunches
10 Bicycle Crunches (per leg)
10 Toe Tap Crunches


9 Jumping Jacks
9 Flutter Kicks (per leg)
9 Backward Crunches
9 Bicycle Crunches (per leg)
9 Toe Tap Crunches


8 Jumping Jacks
8 Flutter Kicks (per leg)
8 Backward Crunches
8 Bicycle Crunches (per leg)
8 Toe Tap Crunches


7 Jumping Jacks
7 Flutter Kicks (per leg)
7 Backward Crunches
7 Bicycle Crunches (per leg)
7 Toe Tap Crunches

And so on all the way down to 1.

After we finished the workout, we did a very short, very random, "person specific" workout session. Alyssa and Matthew did Arm workouts and Sacha and I did Leg workouts! I don't have a specific workout plan to share with you because, honestly, it was just random. We just did what we wanted with it!
