Week 4 Day 1 (Arms, Legs, Abs)

When I got home at midnight last night, I found these awesome shirts in my room!! Sacha and Matthew made these for our Bootcamp! Aren't they cute? I absolutely love them!

Then, this morning at 6:30, Alyssa and Sacha had to come drag me out of bed! But, we got up and got to work!

Today we did a little mini mixup! (Arms, Legs, and Abs)

Exercise 1: Squat Kicks


Squat down and as you come up, kick one leg up! Alternate legs each time. We did 3 sets of 20 kicks!

Exercise 2: Fluttler Kicks
Alternate bringing legs up and down like a flutter. We did 3 sets of 40 flutters.

Exercise 3: Lunges
We did 3 sets of 10 Lunges.

Exercise 4: Russian Twists
Keep your legs and upper body up and twist your upper body from side to side! We did 3 sets of 30 twists.

Exercise 5: Sideways Scissors
Lay on back with legs to the ceiling and spread more than shoulder width. Bring them in crossing legs at ankles and back out. We did 3 sets of 20 scissors!

Exercise 6: Push Ups
We did 3 sets of 10 push ups!

We also ended with some random weight lifting. Maybe in the next few weeks we will start doing some legit exercises with weights. But, we'll see!

Oh, and lets end with a brag moment today:
--Sacha is down to 135lbs. She has lost 15lbs!!! Which means she has officially reached her halfway mark! I'm so proud!
