Week 6 Day 4 (ABS!!)


We wore our awesome new shirts this morning!! So, naturally we had to take a billion pictures!

Mom, Alyssa, and I took off down the road while Sacha ran on her treadmill. With these neon pink shirts, you could see us coming from a mile away! 

After our run.. We had an intense workout session! My ladies only cried a few times and wanted to throw up 85% of the time! :)

Exercise 1: Jumping Jacks
100 jumping jacks to start off with!


Exercise 2: Flutter Kicks
3 sets of 20 flutters (alternating legs)

Exercise 3: Bicycle Crunches
3 sets 20 crunches to each side.

Exercise 4: Jumping Jacks
100 more jumping jacks



Exercise 5: Russian Twists
3 sets of 20 twists.

Exercise 6: Partner Leg Lifts
Each person did leg lifts for 1 min

Exercise 7: Jumping Jacks
And we ended with 100 more jumping Jacks.

When we finally finished, my ladies were beyond exhausted!! It was intense. But, we burned a lot of calories! Good job today ladies! :)
