Week 6 Day 1

Every time we start a new week, I get so excited! I can't believe we are already starting Week 6! Wow! 

Alyssa and I started by going for our run while Sacha ran on her treadmill. 
We matched this morning!!! Too cute!

It felt so good this morning. But, it was sooo foggy! 

Once we finished our morning run, we started our intense Ab day!

Exercise 1: Jumping Jacks
We did 100 jumping jacks before starting! It was rough. But, it keeps our heart rate up and prepares is to burn some major calories!

Exercise 2: Flutter Kicks
We did 3 sets of 40 flutter kicks


Exercise 3: Bicycle Crunches
We did 3 sets of 40 bicycle crunches.


Exercise 4: Burpees
We did 3 sets of 5 Burpees

Exercise 5: Push Ups
We did 3 sets of 10 push ups!

Exercise 6: Russian Twists
We did 3 sets of 20 twists


Exercise 7: Partner Leg Lifts
We did leg lifts for 1 minute.

Exercise 8: Jumping Jacks
We did another set of 100 jumping jacks!

And that's it! We're done! It was intense and we are exhausted. Sacha and Alyssa almost passed out! But, it was worth it!
