Week 5 Day 1 (Legs)

GOOD MORNING!!!!!
Today was one of those days where we woke up at 6:30am and thought... "can we PLEASE just skip bootcamp this morning?" But, we got up and did it anyway! (With alot of excitement as you can see)

We watched the sun rise as we ran our mile. So, that was pretty nice. And it felt sooo good outside. Thankfully its not 90 degrees at 6:30am yet! :)

After our run, we decided to go do our workout on the back porch. Its always so peaceful and pretty in our back yard! We loved it!

Today we did:
Legs and Abs

Exercise 1: Lunges
We did 3 sets of 10 lunges.

Exercise 2: Flutter Kicks
We did 3 sets of 20 kicks per leg.

Exercise 3:  Bicycle Crunches
We did 3 sets of 20 crunches to each side.

Exercise 4: Sideways Scissors
We did 3 sets of 20 sideways scissors.

Exercise 5: Squats
We did 3 sets of 10 squats.

Exercise 6: Burpees
We did 3 sets of 5 Burpees.
