Week 6 Day 3 (Arms, Legs, Abs)

I have great news:
Mom has started back to Bootcamp!

She took a few weeks off because she got sick and messed up her back. But, she is feeling alot better now, and decided it was time to get back to business. She went running with Alyssa and me and then did our bootcamp exercises with all of us girls. She's back and going strong!


After we ran we came back inside and started bootcamp! We basically did another individualized session today to meet each person's personal needs. But, I'll just give you a gist of what we did. Each person ended up doing each exercise once before we finished.

Exercise 1: Jumping Jacks
We started by doing 100 jumping jacks again this morning. It really gets our heart rate up and gets us ready to start burning some fat.


Exercise 2: Lunges
3 sets of 10 walking lunges


Exercise 3: Burpees
3 sets of 5 Burpess


Exercise 4: Squat Kicks
3 set of 20 squat kicks (10 per leg)



Exercise 5: Bicep Curls
3 sets of 10 Bicep curls.


Exercise 6: Hammer Curls
3 sets of 10 hammer curls


Exercise 7: Table Tops
3 sets of 10 Table Tops



Exercise 8: Push Ups
3 sets of 5-10 push ups


Exercise 9: Russian Twists
3 sets of 20 Russian Twists



Exercise 10: Flutter Kicks
3 sets of 40 kicks (20 per leg)


We're trying to get more and more intense as time passes. Once they get used to one exercise, we make it just a little more difficult for them. They may complain, cry, and feel like they are dying in the process. But, they'll be thankful in the end. I'm so glad these ladies are staying motivated and are working so hard to reach their goals. I couldn't be happier by the way things are going.
